Amy Alterisio is a New England based oil & watercolor painter currently focusing on Plein Air, architecture, landscapes, and urban sketching.

Amy received her Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of New Hampshire in May 2025. Her senior thesis called “Growing Pains” explored the themes of childhood memories and sibling connection.

After graduation, Amy has begun her teaching career at Proctor Academy: teaching high school juniors and seniors Plein Air painting and drawing through Global Art Classroom. Through this experience, Amy has painted multiple National Parks in the US and created artwork all throughout Europe.
